Daily Log for 9.5.2024

FRANKLIN STA resident reported that individuals were attempting to enter a building on the 300 block of Franklin Street. Officers arrived on scene and located three suspects. One suspect was stopped and identified. A second suspect fled on a bicycle but was later arrested. A third suspect was able to make entry into the building and was not located. Rafael Ruiz, 36, of Boston MA was arrested for a bicycle violation and possession of a Class A drug (subsequent offense).
