Temple reaches tentative agreement with TLPCBA

Dear colleagues,

Temple University and the Temple Law Professors Collective Bargaining Association (TLPCBA) reached a tentative agreement on a new contract earlier this week. The two parties have been bargaining since TLPCBA's contract expired in June 2024.

Highlights of the tentative four-year contract include wage increases and benefit assurances for all full-time faculty and librarians at the Beasley School of Law. The TLPCBA leadership will present the tentative agreement to its membership for ratification in the coming days.

We are pleased with the outcome of the negotiations as well as the collaborative process that led to the agreement.
