On July 31, 2024, Mr. Brian Protiva notified ADTRAN Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation from his role as a member of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective immediately. Mr. Protiva's decision to resign was not a result of a disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
