Presented by Ona MatczukOna is a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with the ICA Group. She has led the sector's benchmarking work since 2019 and continues to envision ways home care cooperatives can better leverage their data to make strategic decisions and communicate broadly. In addition to her work in data analysis, Ona provides strategic coaching to both new and established cooperatives, works on market studies and feasibility analyses for up-and-coming cooperatives, delivers training, and conducts financial analyses for established cooperatives.
