Scituate Barracks

On Monday, September 2, 2024 at 3:01 AM, Troopers arrested Charis Mitchell, age 27, of 18 Alice Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence - BAC Unknown - 1st Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Route 99 North in the Town of Lincoln, and subsequently locating the operator as a road walker. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of Peace and released to a responsible adult.
