Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 9:19 PM, Troopers arrested Alan S. Chhim, age 22, of 31 Villa Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol; 2.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol; 3.) Carrying a Weapon While Intoxicated; 4.) Carrying a Weapon While Intoxicated; 5.) Driving to Endanger - Resulting in Physical Injury; 6.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .08 - .10 (Phase I: 0.096% & Phase II: 0.088%) - First Offense; 7.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - Child Passenger under 13 Years Old - First Offense; and 8.) Reckless Driving - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 3:37 AM, Troopers arrested Andre Torres, age 41, of 140 Whitehall Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Washington County Family Court Domestic Body Attachment for Failure to Appear for a Hearing. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 4:08 AM, Troopers arrested Geraldo Teixeira, age 44, of 10 Martello Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Northup Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
