On October 15, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Alexander Guzman, age 33, last known address of 47 Hyat Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, on two (2) separate Affidavit and Arrest Warrants for the following charges: 1) Simple Assault; and 2) Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order, respectfully. Mr. Guzman was arraigned in Third District Court and issued $1000.00 surety bail on the charge of Simple Assault and $3,000.00 surety bail on the charge of Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order. Mr. Guzman was also presented as a bail violator in District Court, a probation violator in Superior Court and released to the custody of the Sheriff's Department.
