D'Juan James Joining Kaleida Health as Senior Director of Clinical Engineering

D'Juan James, MBA, CHTM, an experienced healthcare technology management leader, will join Kaleida Health as senior director of clinical engineering beginning November 4, 2024.

In this role, James will oversee medical equipment operations across the system, prioritizing patient safety and medical equipment compliance while improving service strategy and optimization through the advancement of medical device technology.

James comes from St. Elizabeth Healthcare, a six-hospital system with more than 100 clinics serving the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area, where he served as director of clinical engineering. Prior to that, he was senior manager of clinical engineering at Advent Health, a four-hospital system in Chicago, IL.
