Development Services Hosts Builders For Lunch & Learn

Fredericksburg, Texas -The City of Fredericksburg Development Services Department welcomed nearly 20 staff members from 12 companies for a Lunch & Learn event on Wednesday, Aug. 28.

At the event in the John Wm. Klein Room, City staff introduced new Building Services Coordinator Jeanette Sanchez, who handles all permitting and inspection scheduling for the Department.

Attendees also received an overview of the MyGovernmentOnline (MGO) platform, which houses all permit applications used by the City.

Finally, Director of Development Services Anna Hudson and Senior Planner Shelby Collier previewed proposed fee adjustments that will go before the City Council at its September 17 regular meeting.

In addition to Sanchez, Building Official Michael Erwin and Building Inspector Kyle Staudt, work with builders and construction companies to make sure all of the City's building codes are being followed.
