LADBS Transition to ATLAS from BIO

Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety has transitioned to its new, improved interactive map application, Atlas. This tool is designed to help customers easily find parcels and buildings on a city map by address, legal description, or other search criteria. Atlas replaces the LADBS Building Information Online (BIO) system, which will be discontinued by September 15, 2024.

Customers can search for permits, buildings, and certificates of occupancy information for properties within the City. Atlas also offers customers the ability to view custom layer maps, such as census, fault zones, methane, sewer, topography, and Zone.
