SCDOT to hold a drop-in public meeting in Charleston County
Columbia, S.C.(September 11, 2024) - SCDOT will hold a drop-in public meeting on Thursday, September 26, 2024, regarding a road safety project in Charleston County.
The meeting will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Jerry Zucker Middle School of Science located at 6401 Dorchester Rd., North Charleston, SC, 29418. SCDOT representatives will be available to discuss the proposed project with members of the community. There will be no formal presentation.
The South Carolina Department of Transportation proposesroad safety improvements to Dorchester Road beginning just north of the intersection at Michaux Parkway, extending south toward Interstate 26, and ending just past Kent Avenue. Visit the project website for additional information.
