Carol Flynt, Administration

Congratulations to Assistant City Manager Carol Flynt for graduating from the 2024 Texas Women's Leadership Program! She was one of 20 female executives who were chosen to participate in a program designed to prepare and inspire women to become female city managers in Texas. She was part of the fifth class of graduates who represent the future of leadership in the Texas city management profession by addressing the lack of female representation in the chief executive role in cities.
