Minor injuries in Kingsbury tractor trailer rollover accident

Driver 1 - Michael J. Kaiser Age 40 Gansevoort, NY

INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office investigated a motor vehicle crash rollover involving a semi-truck and trailer on State Route 4 in the Town of Kingsbury.

The current investigation into the crash appears that Kaiser was operating a 2006 Peter Built semi-truck and trailer loaded with stone in a northbound direction on State Route 4 in the Town of Kingsbury. As the vehicle approached the area of McDermott's Harley -Davidsen, the driver lost control of the vehicle going off the East side of the road causing the driver to overcorrect and roll over.

Kaiser was transported by Fort Ann EMS to Glens Falls Hospital for minor injuries. Semi-truck and trailer was able to be removed by Tow-Away LLC. The accident remains under investigation.
