Dallas County honored Mike Paschall, Right of Way Coordinator for the City of Garland, with its City Partner of the Year Award at the County's Utility and Partner Award Breakfast on Nov. 20.
Dallas County presented the award to Paschall for his partnership with the Rowlett Road Multimodal Connection Project.
Paschall coordinated with Dallas County during the review and execution of relocations and has expedited the permit process for utility partners prior to trail construction. Dallas County said Paschall's steadfastness and even temperament has been instrumental in resolving conflicts during field meetings with numerous stakeholders.
Paschall has been with the City of Garland for 19 years. He will be recognized at the Feb. 18 Dallas County Commissioners' Court meeting.
