2024 UAA Spirit Run and Seawolf Catering Donation supports the UAA Food Insecurity Fund

On Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024, Seawolf Dining hosted the UAA Spirit Run, a 5K event at the Alaska Airlines Center that raised $2,914 for the UAA Food Insecurity Fund. With 110 participants and over $1,000 in additional donations, Seawolf Dining is incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this event memorable and impactful for Seawolves facing food insecurity.

In addition to the funds raised during the Spirit Run, Seawolf Dining is pleased to announce that Seawolf Catering contributed $8,578 from its 2023 revenues to support the Food Insecurity Fund. As UAA's food service provider, Seawolf Dining is committed to supporting efforts to ensure no student goes hungry and that they can focus on their academic journey. Seawolf Dining extends a special thank you goes to their dedicated catering customers who make this donation possible.
