On June 30, 2024, State Police arrested Lilly M. Clarke, 20, of Summit, NY, and an 18-year-old for Burglary in the second degree, a class "C" felony.

On June 28, 2024, at about 9:30 p.m., Troopers responded to a home in Richmondville, NY for a reported burglary. The investigation determined that Clarke and the 18-year-old entered the victim's residence without permission and stole items.

Clarke and the 18-year-old were later located in Richmondville, NY, and taken into custody. They were processed at SP Cobleskill, arraigned at the Schoharie County Centralized Arraignment Part Court, and released on their own recognizance.
