Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 1:50 PM, Troopers arrested Benjamin J. Olivera age 47 of 311 Old Mill Lane, Portsmouth, Rhode Island for Violation of a Domestic No Contact Order - Third Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lockwood Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight as a Probation Violator.

At 11:27 PM, Troopers arrested Naomi V. Sam, age 41, of 15 Wilson Street, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Crack Cocaine); and 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Fentanyl). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 11:30 PM, Troopers arrested Wadeshly N. Rivera Padilla, age 25, of 69 Prairie Avenue, Apartment 29, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving Without a License originating out of the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Eddy Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Women's Intake Center.

At 11:40 PM, Troopers arrested Nancy A. Melo, age 35, of 1001 Atwells Avenue, First Floor Apartment, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Providence Police Department for Simple Assault and/or Battery and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported and turned over to the Providence Police Department.

At 3:37 AM, Troopers arrested Saul Izaguirre Pavon, age 29, of 159 Laban Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Laurel Hill Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
