2024 Voter Resource Guide is Live

October 17, 2024 | Public Policy

Election 2024 has arrived, and again the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance has made it easy for our members to get to the polls and VOTE! With our 2024 Voter Resource Guide, you can read about all the candidates and initiatives on your ballot and plan for Election Day, November 5, with our Voter Toolkit.

While Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance is a non-partisan entity and does not formally endorse or donate to political candidates, we encourage our members to be informed on the issues and vote for business and community-friendly candidates and initiatives when they go to the polls.

We've asked Democrat and Republican candidates seeking to represent Linn County in the state legislature and U.S. House of Representatives to answer what they hope to accomplish in their term, and how it will benefit the business community. We also asked each candidate to provide examples when they worked to reach consensus with groups or people who disagree with their positions. Promoting collaboration is fundamental to the Economic Alliance and our members, and it is why we continue our strong push for solution-oriented policymakers at all levels of government.

Remember to VOTE on or before November 5!
