The Consequences of the Biden Harris Administration's Open Borders Policies: The Cases of Four Illegal Aliens Who Viciously Attacked a Man on a Chicago Train
WASHINGTON, D.C.- Today, the House Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement released an interim reportregarding four Venezuelan illegal aliens who were arrested in connection with a violent knifepoint attack on a 49-year-old man riding a Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) train in February 2024.
The victim was put into a vicious chokehold to the point he became unconscious, and was robbed of $400 and a cellphone. At the time of the attack, three of the illegal alien attackers-Carlos Carreno-Carreno, Johandry Loyo-Rodriguez, and Yonnier Guasamucare-Garcia-were on pretrial release pursuant to arrests for shoplifting offenses that occurred just weeks prior. According to press reports, all four men listed their home addresses as state-funded migrant shelters.
The disastrous immigration policies of the Biden-Harris Administration have had real world consequences for American citizens. The effects of those policies will be felt for years to come, with criminal aliens in American neighborhoods harming families and hurting public safety across the country.
