Negative Declaration

Madison County - The Town of Nelson Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 5-2024 - A Local Law Amending the Town of Nelson Land Use and Development Law to Create Two Waterfront Zoning Districts for Eaton Brook Reservoir and Tuscarora Lake will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Local Law, which if enacted, would create two separate zoning districts for the property surrounding Eaton Brook Reservoir and the property surrounding Tuscarora Lake (currently under a single zoning district). The project is locatethroughout the Town of Nelson, New York.
