ATLANTA - November 12, 2024 - Morris, Manning & Martin advised Argentum on closing a growth investment in Alarm Masters Corporation. For over 35 years, Alarm Masters has been the leading provider of fire alarm, safety, monitoring, and security services throughout Texas.

Argentum is a growth equity firm focused on accelerating growth for B2B services and software companies. The investment in Alarm Masters allows the company to hire additional fire and security system technicians, enhance its service capabilities and infrastructure, and pursue add-on acquisitions to support the growing demand for its solutions. With the growth investment, Alarm Masters closed two strategic account acquisitions of Alif Security and Royal Protection Group, expanding the company's footprint and service capabilities in the Houston market.
