Hope Valley Barracks

On Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Luis Garcia, age 42, of 267 Academy Ave, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Affidavit Arrest Warrant from 04/10/14 out of Providence Police Department for Domestic Simple Assault and 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on 09/05/08 on the original charge of Domestic - Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Garcia was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future court date.

On Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at at 5:31 PM, Troopers arrested Hugo Garcia Ramirez, age 37, of 54 Baker Street, West Haven, Connecticut, for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Ramirez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future court date.
