30-year-old Female of South Haven (name withheld pending arraignment)

Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC)

Van Buren County Child Protective Services

Narrative:

The Van Buren County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division and the Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force received a cyber tip regarding a possible child exploitation case. Detectives conducted an investigation and on August 22, 2024 executed a search warrant on the suspect residence in the 04000 Block of County Road 687 in Geneva Township.

The 30-year-old female suspect was located and after further investigation was arrested and lodged at the Van Buren County Jail on the following charges:

1 count of Criminal Sexual Conduct 1^st

2 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct 2^nd

4 counts of Manufacturing Child Sexually Abusive Activity

4 counts of Using a Computer to Commit a Crime
