Brief Description of Proposed Project:
This project would improve trail conditions on the east end of the 100-Mile Loop trail and initiate multi-phase improvements at Isberg Recreation Area to build a north to south connector trail, creating a 3 mile multi-use, motorized loop. A rudimentary access point would be created off of Cripple Creek Road to facilitate construction efficiency. Construction will require clearing vegetation along the corridor, placing a hardened gravel surface, and installing drainage features, bridges, and/or access management structures (gates, etc.) where necessary.
