Guiding to a Safer Roadway

A Township road will receive safety improvements in the coming weeks.

The Board of Supervisors on August 29 approved Allegheny Fence Construction Co. to replace a guide rail on Freshcorn Road.

This work was authorized after the Public Works Department completed an inventory assessment of all guide rails within the Township.

The identified section along Freshcorn was found to be in poor condition and was recommended as a priority for replacement. Work will be completed this fall.
