Annual Athens Veterans Day activities will take place on Monday, November 11. This year's theme is "A Legacy of Loyalty and Service".

Veterans Day Breakfast to be offered at American Legion Post 21 from 7 am - 9 am.
Parade lineup will be at 9:30 am along Morris Avenue.
The parade will begin at 10:15 am and will move from Morris Avenue to East State Street, then right onto Carpenter Street and left onto Court Street. The parade will terminate at the Alumni Gateway at College Green on Ohio University's campus.
Program will be at 11:00 am in front of the Memorial Auditorium portico on College Green.
An Ohio Army National Guard vehicle will be on display.
Lunch to follow program at American Legion Post 21 and AMVETS Post 76.
