Glenn is the founder and retired chief executive officer of Kaleida Systems Inc., a private company that has developed an industry-leading software application for the non-medical, senior home care market. The software, eRSP (Resource Scheduling Pro), was the first in the industry to utilize the software as a service (SaaS) model.

Glenn's career has been primarily focused on software development and project management. Glenn started with IBM as a programmer in Charlotte, where he was primarily in the banking industry. After IBM, Glenn successfully turned around a distribution company through software automation before starting KSI.

eRSP is utilized at over 850 agencies that provide home care assistance to seniors. Agencies utilize eRSP to schedule employee home visits, log work hours, create invoices, organize payroll information and track care plans.

Glenn has been an active Alumni Admission Volunteer, supporter of Clarkson Golden Knights Athletics and received the Golden Knight Award, Clarkson's most prestigious alumni award, in 2022. Glenn resides in Matthews, North Carolina.
