Pennsylvania State Law mandates that all dogs aged three months and older must be licensed annually. Licensing your dog is the quickest way to ensure a safe return if your pooch becomes lost. Dog owners can purchase their 2025 dog license beginning December 1, at the Cumberland County Treasurer's Office or online.
