WTW appoints Karen Grote as Division LOB Leader for North America Life Practice

NEW YORK, November 7, 2024 - WTW (Nasdaq: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Karen Grote as Division Line of Business Leader (DLL) for the North America Life Practice within Insurance Consulting & Technology (ICT). In this role, Grote will drive growth and enhance client value across WTW's Life Practice, working alongside Mary Bahna-Nolan, who also serves as DLL.

Returning to WTW with nearly 20 years of life insurance industry experience, Grote brings deep expertise in financial modeling, product development, and team leadership. She will be responsible for delivering innovative, client-centered solutions that address the evolving needs of life insurance clients across North America. Grote previously held leadership roles at WTW, including overseeing the Philadelphia and New York offices, where she was instrumental in developing high-performing teams and advancing key client initiatives. As a credentialed actuary with a mathematics degree and a teaching certification, Grote is dedicated to professional growth and excellence in the industry.
