IndyGo Welcomes Stephanie Quick to the Board of Directors

INDIANAPOLIS - IndyGo's Board of Directors recently announced Stephanie Quick as its newest member. Quick has extensive knowledge in economic and community development, which will benefit IndyGo as it continues to expand its community resources and broaden services that provide Indy's residents access to cultural and economic opportunities through affordable and equitable transit. She was appointed by the Indianapolis City-County Council and replaces Hydre Abdullah.

Quick currently serves as the president of Intend Indiana, where she ensures the organization fulfills its mission of advancing comprehensive community development through innovative financing and development solutions. Driven by her passion for equitable opportunities for affordable housing, small business growth and wealth building, Quick provides the organization leadership and direction that enables it to achieve its long- and short-term goals and objectives.

Quick has worked in all facets of real estate development for not-for-profit, private and government agencies with a focus on development, construction, affordable housing and financing. Before joining Intend Indiana, she was the director and vice president of Insight Development Corporation. In this position, she secured a mix of financing and oversaw construction activities for affordable housing developments for the corporation and the Indianapolis Housing Agency. Finally, Quick previously served as the assistant administrator of community economic development for the City of Indianapolis, where she also led real estate and economic development projects and incentives.

Quick is a licensed real estate broker and is the managing broker for Intend Indiana's Real Estate Brokerage Company. She's also a National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional (NDCCDP) and a member of the National Association of Realtors and Central Indiana Realist Association (CIRA). Additionally, she serves on the boards for the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAAMBA), Edna Martin Christian Center CBDO LLC, Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana, and HOPE CDC.
