Investigation into Man Found Deceased at 9051 Triola Lane

August 9, 2024- Houston police are investigating the death of a man found at 9051 Triola Lane about 6:50 a.m. on Thursday (Aug. 8).

The identity of the victim, 30, and his cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. It is believed he suffered a stab or gunshot wound.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives W. Huff and J. Nguyen reported:

Officers were dispatched to a meet-the-firefighter call at a park at the above address and were informed that a male was found unresponsive by a passerby and pronounced deceased by paramedics.

At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspect(s).
