96th Detached Reconnaissance Brigade conferred honorary Nizhegorodskaya designation

For mass heroism and bravery, fortitude and courage shown by the regiment personnel in combat operations to protect the Fatherland and state interests in armed conflicts, the President resolved to award the honorary designation of Nizhegorodskaya to the 96th Detached Reconnaissance Brigade, which henceforth shall be referred to as the 96th Detached Nizhegorodskaya Reconnaissance Brigade.
