House GOP Policy Committee to Hold Hearing on Solutions to Combat Stalking

WHAT: House Republican Policy Committee Chairman Joshua D. Kail (R-Beaver/Washington), Rep. Shelby Labs (R-Bucks) and other lawmakers will host a hearing titled "Protecting Victims: Solutions to Combat Stalking" to improve awareness of the various forms of stalking and identify legal blind spots that hinder law enforcement's ability to intervene.

WHO: Kail; Labs; members of the committee; and testifiers Nicholas Virnelson, interim chief, Bedminster Township Police Department; Jennifer Schorn, district attorney, Bucks County; Matthew Phelan, retired police chief, Bedminster Township Police Department; Laurie Hepler, civilian community relations specialist/victim advocate, Bedminster Township Police Department; and Gayle Marinelli, local resident, Bucks County.
