Lane closed on Ford Street for natural gas line installation

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Clarksville Gas & Water has closed approximately 100 feet of the southbound lane on Ford Street at the intersection of Marion Street for natural gas line installation.

Alternating traffic lanes have been established to avoid the work zone. Motorists are asked to slow down and follow the directions of flaggers when traveling through the work zone or choose an alternate travel route when possible.

The natural gas line installation is anticipated to be finished and the lane reopened by approximately 3 p.m.
