Monroe County Planning & Zoning Meeting on Monday, Nov. 25 to be Held at Monroe County Conference Center

The Monroe County Planning & Zoning Board meeting scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 25 will be held at the Monroe County Conference Center at 475 Holiday Circle, Forsyth, GA 31029.

Items to be discussed include: a re-zoning for a bitcoin data farm on an 80.04-acre tract on Ivey Circle, a variance for a 10-acre tract on Maynards Mill Road, a variance for a 4.42-acre tract on Moreland Road, and a special use for a Buc'ee's gas station and convenience store on a 30.79-acre tract on Rumble Road.
