Man Found Deceased in Downtown Seattle Apartment Building

Homicide detectives are investigating a homicide in a Downtown Seattle neighborhood.

Shortly after 8:30 am., 911 Dispatch (CARE) received reports of a male found motionless in an apartment complex located in the 1800 block of Eastlake Avenue.

Police arrived and located an unresponsive 42-year-old man. Seattle Fire Department arrived, and the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Homicide Unit detectives are working to determine the circumstances that led up to the death.

No suspect has been apprehended at this time.
