INVITATION TO OFFERORS

The State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, subject to the provisions of AS 41.21.020 will receive sealed proposals for:

KRSMA: Big Eddy Geotechnical Investigation, Project No. 73018-1

Work includes:

The Division is planning to make improvements to its Big Eddy facility located in Soldotna, Alaska. The existing site is minimally developed with a small parking area, maintenance access and staging, concrete vaulted toilet, elevated walkway, seasonal floating dock with gangway, and a set of river access stairs. The Contractor shall provide professional services to include mobilization and demobilization, onsite subsurface investigation, soil sampling and testing, analysis, and reporting.

The proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m.prevailing time on January 15, 2024at the Division's Anchorage office, 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1340, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3565 at which time and place the proposals shall be publicly opened and read.

Proposals may be held by the Division for a period of forty (40) calendar days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the qualifications of the offerors prior to awarding the contract.
