On August 20, 2024, members of the Intelligence Unit, the Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Middletown Police Department arrested Jean Nieves-Ramos, age 35, of 480 East Avenue, Apartment 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit & Arrest Warrant from the Middletown Police Department for the following: 1) Felony Eluding; 2) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty; and 3) Driving Without a License. Mr. Nieves-Ramos was taken into custody at his residence and turned over to the Middletown Police Department.
