Warning about telephone scam
Published 05-08-2024We have received several inquiries from citizens who have been contacted by a person attempting to impersonate an employee of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. The call is an attempt at fraud.
The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority does not call citizens regarding transactions on their accounts or similar matters.
If you receive such a call, hang up immediately. Consider reporting the incident to the police.
