Public Hearing on 2024-2027 TIP Amendments

The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will hold a public hearing on Monday July 15, 2024 at 10:00am regarding proposed amendments to the Bismarck-Mandan 2024-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The meeting will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled meeting of the MPO Technical Advisory Committee.

The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for public involvement in the review of proposed amendments to the 2024-2027 TIP. The TIP includes federally funded metropolitan area transportation projects over a four-year time frame. This month, two amendments will be considered. Following the consideration period of citizen's comments, the proposed amendments will be adopted, contingent upon no substantive change required due to public comments.

The public is invited to attend the public hearing or submit written comments to Stephen Larson of the MPO no later than 9am Monday, July 15, 2024 to P.O. Box 5503, Bismarck, ND, 58506.
