8 Year Old Victim In Loudon Fatal Crash Identified

LOUDON, N.H. - The child who died as a result of the July 12, 2024, crash on Route 106 in Loudon has been identified as 8-year-old Aria Enciso. Investigators determined Enciso was a passenger in the Mazda 3 at the time of the crash. Initial News Release - July 13, 2024

LOUDON, N.H. - On July 12, 2024, at approximately 6:37 p.m., the Loudon Police Department, Loudon Fire and EMS, and resources from surrounding towns responded to the report of a motor vehicle crash on Route 106 just north of Staniels Road.

Upon arrival, they found two vehicles, a Toyota 4 Runner driven by Stacy Sargent, age 52, and Mazda 3 driven by Philip Sparacio, age 36, had been involved in a head-on crash.

Two occupants of the Toyota 4 Runner were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Three occupants of the Mazda 3 were transported to the hospital, two of those occupants were children suffering from life-threatening injuries. At the hospital, an eight-year-old child was pronounced deceased.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the Mazda 3 had been traveling south when it crossed the center line and collided head-on with the Toyota 4 Runner which was headed north. At the request of Loudon PD, the State Police CAR Unit was brought in to investigate the crash with the assistance of troopers from the Troop D barracks. Route 106 remained shut down for several hours while the crash scene was processed.
