Get Blackboard Ultra Support at Upcoming Drop-In Labs

Is your Blackboard course ready for the fall semester? Faculty looking for support in preparing their Ultra experience courses have three upcoming opportunities to work with the Global Campus Instructional Design and Support Services team to ensure a seamless transition to Blackboard Ultra.

The Ultra Drop-In Labs will be held on the first floor of the Global Campus building at 2 E. Center St. on the Fayetteville Square:

• Wednesday, July 31, from 1-4 p.m.
• Thursday, Aug. 8, from 9-11 a.m.
• Friday, Aug. 9, from 1-3 p.m.

No registration is required, although you may RSVP here to receive a calendar reminder.

During the drop-in labs, the Global Campus IDSS team will offer individualized support for the transition to Ultra including answering questions, assisting with course copying and content building, and more. Attendees should bring a charged laptop.

Can't make it to a drop-in lab? Take advantage of the Blackboard Online Office Hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. the week of Aug. 12-16.
