NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Ludington will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the regular meeting of the Planning Commission at the Municipal Complex, 400 S. Harrison Street, Ludington. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizens' views on:

Adoption of a City-Wide Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).

The UDO is intended to streamline and simplify the zoning ordinances and make one cohesive document with updated standards for a community vision and economic development. A draft of the UDO may be found at https://www.ludington.mi.us/425/Current-Projects
