Fire Commissioner Robert S. Tucker Presides at Promotion Ceremony for 70 FDNY Members

70 FDNY members will be promoted on Friday, September 13 at 10 a.m. at the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Facility. The ceremony can be viewed live on the Department's website at www.nyc.gov/FDNY or HERE.

6 Fire Lieutenants will be promoted to the rank of Captain, 32 Firefighters will be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, three Fire Marshals will be promoted to the rank of Supervising Fire Marshal, and 29 Firefighters will be promoted to Fire Marshal.

The promoted members will be assigned throughout the city.
