A Story Waiting to be Told

Garland residents ages 6 and older may enter to win the chance to decorate a piece of glass that will be incorporated into the sculpture. To enter, fill out the form by Aug. 31. Space is limited. Names will be drawn at random from all entries. Winners will be notified Sept. 3 and assigned a time to meet at the South Garland Library on Sunday, Sept. 8 between 2 and 6 p.m. New names will be drawn if any winners do not confirm their spots by Friday, Sept. 6.
