The Emeryville Accessible Living Initiative is accepting applications again! If you are an Emeryville Homeowner, Homeowners Association (HOA), or rental property owner, the City of Emeryville may be able to assist you with low-cost funding to make accessibility improvements at your property. Applications this round will be accepted on a first come first serve basis until December 29th. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to make your home more accessible!
Individual owners are eligible to borrow up to $15,000 and HOAs / rental property owners can borrow up to $45,000 or half of the project costs, whichever is lower. Funds can be used to make a wide variety of improvements to make homes more accessible for seniors and people with disabilities. All work must be completed by June 30, 2025.
