Mayor Garner to Provide State of the Government Address on Dec. 10th

On Tuesday, December 10, 2024, Mayor/ CEO Tyrone A. Garner will deliver the 2024 State of the Government address at Memorial Hall (600 N. 7th Trfy, KCK) from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Hosted by the KCK Rotary Club, this year's event will be held in the main arena of Memorial Hall for both ticketed attendees and free of charge for community members.

During Mayor Garner's address, he will review this year's wins and challenges and reflect on the things to come in 2025 and beyond for Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas. The KCK Rotary has hosted the annual State of the Government address since the 1960's and are selling individual tickets and tables of eight for the buffet luncheon.

General auditorium seating will be available free-of-charge for community members interested in attending. Everyone is welcome! Please note: lunch is not provided for attendees without tickets. This event will be live-streamed on the Unified Government YouTube channel and available after the event on the UGTV public access channel.
