Charity Olson promoted to Director of Trust Services Private Wealth with Associated Bank

GREEN BAY - Associated Banc-Corp(NYSE: ASB) (Associated")announces the promotion of Charity Olson to the role of Director of Trust Services in Private Wealth. She is responsible for the oversight and management of fiduciary trust administration working to provide insight on Wealth Preservation, Estate Planning and employ Risk Management strategies for individuals and institutions.

In addition, Olson is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Trust Business Line of Associated Trust Company, including the administration of trustee, paying agency, refunding escrow, other post-employment benefits (OPEB), custody and third-party escrow accounts.

With more than 25 years of banking experience, Olson has been a member of the Associated Bank team since 2004. She started as a trust and treasury operations manager, overseeing and managing trust and treasury operations units to secure timely and accurate processing of securities and bank functions. As her career with Associated grew, Olson transitioned into a liaison role working with Institutional clients. She progressed into a fiduciary management role on the administrative side of the trust company. Since 2017, she has served as Associated Private Wealth's Personal and Corporate Trust Manager and holds several certifications and licenses, including:

• Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS)
• Certified Securities Operations Personnel (CSOP)
• Certified Trust Financial Advisor (CTFA)
• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS)
• Corporate Trust Master Certification (CTMC)
• Series 7: FINRA General Industry License
• Series 9, 10 and 24: FINRA Principal/Supervisory Licenses
• Health and Life Insurance Licenses
