Voices: Elevating, Celebrating, and Amplifying the Latino Community at ELC

As The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) honors Hispanic Heritage Month, we acknowledge the vibrant mosaic of identities, perspectives, and experiences within our Latino community. This year's theme, "Voices: Elevating, Celebrating, and Amplifying the Latino Community at ELC," will spotlight the stories, achievements, and contributions of our Latino colleagues and leaders. It's a moment to honor the rich cultural heritage that enhances our organization and drives us toward a future where diversity and inclusion are not just aspirations but lived experiences.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, the Hispanic Connections employee resource group at ELC will host a series of events, including panels spotlighting Latino leadership, career journeys of Latino talent, cultural tours, and regional celebrations with food and music, all aimed at honoring and amplifying Latino voices and achievements.

The Latino community is a mosaic of diverse backgrounds, histories, and experiences. From the vibrant rhythms of the Caribbean to the rich traditions of Central and South America and the storied heritage of Mexico, each voice within our ELC community brings a unique perspective that adds depth and color to our collective story. By amplifying these voices, we foster a culture of understanding and appreciation, to help ensure that everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
