Everpia supports the communities affected by Yagi Typhoon

In the wake and the havoc of Storm No. 3, also known as Super Typhoon Yagi, across the northern provinces, Everpia quickly started a fundraising campaign to support those in dire need. This humanitarian activity in an urgent situation embodies the spirit of solidarity associated with the long-standing tradition of "sharing food and clothes" and "helping each other" of the Vietnamese people.

The aftermath of Typhoon Yagi has left many northern provinces in disarray. Thousands of homes, buildings, and essential infrastructure have been severely damaged. Properties, livestock, and crops have been destroyed or swept away, resulting in immense challenges for families as they grapple with the task of stabilizing their lives. Concerns about the essentials, medicine to prevent epidemics, rice seeds, and funds for home repairs loom large in the minds of those affected. The devastation caused by the storm has not only disrupted daily life but has also had a profound emotional toll on the residents. It is during these challenging times that the strength of community and the power of collective action become essential.

Responding to a heartfelt call from the Board of Directors, Everpia 's employees have rallied together demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and "mutual love" in many different ways. After a short time of the campaign, Everpia has collected a substantial amount of cash donations alongside 15 boxes of instant noodles, 03 boxes of milk, and other essential items such as clothing, blankets, school supplies, and confectionery.

On the afternoon of September 11, a car loaded with food and necessities was dispatched to bring support and hope to those facing adversity. In addition, company representatives also visited affected households, providing not only material aid but also emotional support. These efforts are aimed at reminding families that they are not alone in their struggles, fostering a sense of community and hope.

"As a Thai Nguyen, I am deeply saddened by the sight of my homeland suffering from these recent disasters," shared Ms. Doan Nhung, Head of the Production Department. "As soon as the company launched this meaningful initiative, I contributed both financially and with essential supplies on the first day. I hope our efforts help everyone overcome these difficulties soon."

Her words reflect the sentiments of many employees at Everpia, who understand the importance of standing together in times of crisis. The company's commitment to community support goes beyond mere donations; it is a heartfelt expression of empathy and shared responsibility.

With the heartfelt contributions of Everpia 's employees, we remain hopeful that the resilient spirit of the Vietnamese people, coupled with nationwide support, will enable the affected communities in the Central region to recover and rebuild. The road ahead may be long and challenging, but together, we can help restore stability and bring life back to the region.
